Deposits:
A $175 refundable security/cleaning deposit is due with final payment.
Payment:
Payment must be made in advance (credit card, personal or cashier's check). For checks, a down payment (1/2 of total bill) is due within five days of booking and the remainder 30 days prior to occupancy. 10.675% tax on all rentals of 30 days or less. For payment by credit card, the total amount will be charged at time of booking. An extra fee of $50 is charged for any check that is returned by the bank because of insufficient funds.
Refunds:
All moneys collected in advance will be fully refunded (less administrative fee equivalent to one night's lodging) provided that the reserved block of time is re-rented in its entirety for the same amount. Otherwise, moneys collected in advance will be applied to loss of rents and the rest returned, less the administrative fee. Our past rate of success in re-renting cancelled blocks of time has been excellent (12 out of 14), but is not guaranteed. Because reservations are carefully scheduled far in advance, no refunds will be made for late arrivals or early departures or for tenant's inability to use facilities/area attractions due to factors beyond our control or in the event that premises are different than what was expected. The security/cleaning deposit will be fully refunded by check, assuming that the condo is left in its condition at the beginning of occupancy, less normal wear and tear and a reasonable amount of cleaning.
Check-in/Check-out: Checkin-4 p.m.; Checkout-10 a.m. Other by prior arrangement.
Smoking/Pets: Sorry, no smoking or pets are allowed within the condo.
